We’ve got the customs covered! We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so you never have to worry about additional fees at the border.

Processing times: Since all our products are handmade to order, and are often monogrammed with initials, processing times vary from 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Tracking information: Once we dispatch your order, you would receive another notification with the tracking details. All our shipments are shipped via SHIP GLOBAL that have excellent customer service, with complete tracking information from origin to destination. 

International Shipping Transit times:

USA - 7 to 12 working days 

UK - 5 to 8 working days 

Canada - 7 to 15 working days 

Germany -  7 to 12 working days 

Rest Of Europe - 10 to 15 working days 

Australia - 12 to 20 working days 

While we carefully prepare all paperwork to avoid delays, shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, flight schedules, or customs clearance

Return & Exchange Policy

As a small manufacturer of leather goods, we strive to provide high-quality products. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

Eligible Returns / Exchanges:

  • Products with manufacturing defects

  • Products with an incorrect SKU shipped

  • Products that arrive damaged during shipping

To process your request, we kindly ask you to provide photos or videos of the item.
